Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our services.
Booking & Support
You can book directly through our online calendar, or send an enquiry through the Contact page and we'll follow up to schedule a time. Availability updates in real time, and you can always check whether we're online now or see when we're next available from the homepage.
Most straightforward repairs — like hardware diagnostics or malware removal — are completed within a single visit or drop-off turnaround. More involved jobs, like custom builds or larger network installs, will have a timeframe agreed upfront as part of the quote.
Pricing & Payment
It depends on the service. Some jobs — like virus removal or a network setup — have a fixed price you'll see upfront on the Services page. Others, like custom software or larger projects, are quoted after we understand the scope. Hourly-rate services are billed only for time actually spent, with no minimum call-out surprises.
We'll confirm accepted payment methods when your quote or invoice is issued. For fixed-price services, you'll always know the cost before any work begins — there are never surprise fees added afterwards.
Yes. If something we've repaired or set up stops working correctly because of the original issue, get in touch and we'll make it right. We keep a record of past work for every client specifically so follow-up support is quick and doesn't require re-explaining the problem.
Services
Both — it depends on the job. Hardware issues, network setups, and repairs are usually handled on-site or as a drop-off, while software troubleshooting, account issues, and diagnostics can often be sorted remotely. When you get in touch, we'll let you know which option makes sense for your issue.
Yes, we support both. A lot of our work is with small businesses — office networks, servers, custom software, and ongoing remote helpdesk support — alongside everyday repairs and setups for individual clients.
That's completely fine — just describe the problem through the Contact page or when booking an appointment, and we'll figure out the right approach together. You don't need to know the technical details, just what's going wrong.
